Each individual may hold only one registered account on nustarplay. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, nustarplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustarplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nustarplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your nustarplay account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. nustarplay will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.
nustarplay is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nustarplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
nustarplay supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). nustarplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. nustarplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited into your nustarplay account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nustarplay reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by nustarplay are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Real money balance is used before bonus balance in all wagers unless otherwise specified. nustarplay reserves the right to void bonus winnings if it determines that wagering requirements have been circumvented.
nustarplay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.
nustarplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
All games available on nustarplay use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in regulated studio environments. nustarplay does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, nustarplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. nustarplay is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with nustarplay support within 72 hours of the disputed event. nustarplay will review the game logs and provide a resolution within 10 business days. The decision of nustarplay's technical team, based on server-side game logs, shall be final.
Violations of this section may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustarplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustarplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if nustarplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nustarplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
nustarplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, nustarplay may forfeit any bonus balance in your account. Real money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved, subject to applicable AML requirements.
You may close your nustarplay account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nustarplay's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to nustarplay's support team and allow a minimum of 30 days for resolution. nustarplay's internal complaints process is free of charge and available to all registered players.
nustarplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your continued use of the nustarplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
